It is not professional advice for your specific circumstances — that's what our consultancy engagements are for. 5. Services and engagements

Any services we provide to you are governed by the written proposal and agreement for that engagement, not by these website terms. In case of conflict, the engagement agreement wins.

6. Bookings and enquiries

Booking a free demo or submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. We aim to respond within one working day (Mon–Fri, 9:00–19:00 UK time).
