Please note: this is a starting template for review by Digenixa and, where appropriate, a legal adviser before going live.
1. Who we are
Digenixa ("we", "us") provides web application development, software development, AI development and business consultancy services. You can contact us at info@digenixa.com.
2. Use of this website
You may browse, download and print content from this website for your own business or personal use. You may not republish, sell or misrepresent our content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
3. Our content
All content on this site — text, designs, graphics, code and the Digenixa name and logo — belongs to Digenixa or its licensors. The free Digenixa Chat plugin may be used on your own website subject to the notice included in the plugin file; you may not remove attribution or resell it.
4. Information on this site
We work hard to keep information accurate and current, but the site is provided "as is" for general information. It is not professional advice for your specific circumstances — that's what our consultancy engagements are for. Statistics quoted reference third-party industry research; sources are available on request.
5. Services and engagements
Any services we provide to you are governed by the written proposal and agreement for that engagement, not by these website terms. In case of conflict, the engagement agreement wins.
6. Bookings and enquiries
Booking a free demo or submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. We aim to respond within one working day (Mon–Fri, 9:00–19:00 UK time).
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to external websites, we're not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page with the date above.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
