Please note: this is a starting template for review by Digenixa and, where appropriate, a legal adviser before going live.
1. Who we are
Digenixa is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@digenixa.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Enquiries and demo bookings — name, email, company and the details you choose to share. Used solely to respond to you and arrange your demo. Legal basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract.
- Chat messages — messages you type into the Digenixa Chat widget stay in your browser in this version; if you ask us to follow up, the details you provide are handled like an enquiry.
- Usage analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data to understand how the site is used. Legal basis: consent.
3. What we never do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never use your data to train public AI models.
- We never send marketing you haven't asked for.
4. How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically 24 months), unless it becomes part of a client relationship.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run our business (e.g. email hosting), under appropriate agreements — never for their own marketing.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@digenixa.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
7. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and the same security practices we build into client projects.
8. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details of the cookies this site uses and how to control them.
9. Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
