Community

Technology should lift everyone

We build for a better tomorrow — and that has to mean more than software. Here's how we give back, who we partner with, and what we're up to this year.

How we give back

Three promises we keep every year

Pro-bono digital

Every year we take on selected projects for charities and community groups at no cost — websites, booking systems and the digital basics that stretched organisations struggle to fund.

Digital skills sharing

Free workshops and mentoring for local students, career changers and small business owners — demystifying web, software and AI for people who'd never otherwise get in the room.

Time, not just money

Team volunteering days count as work days at Digenixa. Some problems need hands and hours more than they need a donation — we give both.

Charity partners

Who we stand with

We keep our partnerships few and deep — long-term commitments rather than logo collecting. Our current partners span digital inclusion, young people's mental health and local community support.

Digital inclusion

Supporting a charity tackling digital exclusion — refurbished devices, connectivity and confidence for households on the wrong side of the digital divide.

Partner announcement coming soon.

Young minds

Backing young people's mental health services with pro-bono digital work — because the websites people turn to on their worst days should be the best built.

Partner announcement coming soon.

Local community

Hands-on support for community groups near home — from food bank logistics tools to sports club booking systems.

This year

What we're up to in 2026

Q1
January – March

Free Digital Health Checks for community groups

We opened our Digital Health Check to charities and community organisations free of charge — honest audits of their websites and tools, with a prioritised fix list they can take to any developer.

Q2
April – June

Digital skills workshop series

Hands-on sessions for local small businesses and students: what AI can genuinely do for a small organisation, and how to buy digital services without being baffled.

Q3
July – September

Pro-bono build of the year

Our team volunteering days combine into one concentrated project: a full digital build for a deserving local organisation. Nominations are open — know someone who deserves it? Tell us.

Q4
October – December

Impact report & next year's pledge

We publish a plain-English summary of what we gave — hours, projects and lessons — and set the pledge for next year. Accountability is the point.

Know a cause we should hear about?

If you run or know a charity or community group that needs digital help, we'd genuinely love an introduction.
